Guaranteed departure of Russian Guided tours for 2005

To commence every first and third Monday of each month, as from 3 rd January 2005. 

1 st day - Monday: arrival to Ben Gurion airport and transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv.

2 nd day - Tuesday: depart Tel Aviv via the coastal road and the Sharon Valley to Caesarea, visit the roman/crusader city, the amphitheatre continue to Megiddo (biblical Armageddon), visit the ruins, King Solomon’s stables, and the water project. Proceed to Nazareth and visit the Annunciation church and Mary’s well. Continue via Cana to Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

3 rd day - Wednesday: We visit holy shrines around the sea of Galilee, Mount of Beatitudes , Church of Peter Primacy, Tabgha: the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes, continue to Capernaum for a visit of Jesus city. Here you find the ruins of old sinaqogue, St. Peter's house and the remains of the ancient town. In the afternoon we climb Mount Tabor by taxis to visit the Site of Transfiguration. We end the day with a visit to the Jordan river, Jardenit, the baptismal site. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

4 th day - Thursday: Depart Tiberias to Jerusalem via the ancient metropolitan city of Beit Shean.. Continue through the Jordan valley to Jericho. Visit the oldest city in the world, , view Mount Temptation and the Sycamore tree. Continue to Jerusalem for a visit of Mount of Olives holy sites,: the chapel of Ascension, the Church of Pater Noster, the Dominus Flevit, the church Maria Magdalene, Church of Gethsemane, church of All Nations and the garden of Gethsemane. Hotel in Jerusalem - dinner and overnight. 

5 th day - Friday: Full day walking tour of the Old City and mount Zion. Depart hotel enter the old city of Jerusalem. We commence the tour at St. Stephen gate to the pools of Bethesda, and St..Ann Church, we continue to the Flagellation Church and reach the Way of the Cross. Visit the Pretoria at the Sisters of Zion Church, then proceed along Via Dolorosa to the church of the Holy Sepulchre, to visit the empty tomb and Calvary. In the afternoon we visit the Western wall, the Jewish quarter, and Mount Zion, for a visit of the Cenaculum, the Dormition Abey, and St. Peter Church in Galicantu. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

6 th day - Saturday: depart Jerusalem for Bethlehem. Visit the church of Nativity; including the Grotto of the Manger, St. Josef Grotto, St. Jerome Grotto, St. Catherine Cathedral. Return to Jerusalem. In the afternoon visit the village of Ein Karem with the birth place of St. John the Baptist, and Visitation church, meeting place of Mary and Elizabeth. We continue to the village of Abu Gosh to visit the Crusader Church of the Resurrection, the site of the Second Apparition of Jesus with the Disciples on their way to Emmaus. Return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

7 th day- Sunday: full day at leisure in Jerusalem to explore the new city of Jerusalem.

Full day tour to the Dead sea and Massada, the fortress built by Herod the Great and the last Jewish stronghold after their defeat.Dead Sea to Massada. To visit Massada: we ascend by cable car to the hilltop, a spectacular archeological site which was uncovered in 1963 after two thousand years. Experience swimming (floating) on the Dead Sea at one of the organized beaches along its shores. Visit "Ahava" the Dead Sea minerals cosmetic factory. Return to Jerusalem via Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Jerusalem.

8 th day - Monday: transfer to Ben Gurion airport for your departure flight. End of tour and services.
